Terrible don't buy anything used from these people. Two bald tires and a bent rim and the tires were supposed to be new. Never again will I buy anything from Joe Machens.

Service dept employee Caleb Scott was very professional an helpful. Job was completed on time and on budget.
My daughter took her car for an oil change. They did a great job and I personally appreciate that nobody tried to sell her anything she didn't need . Pretty rare these days.

The price for the CVT transmission fluid replacement shows $150 on the app. Got the work done and was told it was $278 after it was already done. Not fun going to a dealership and finding out the work is over $100 more than advertised. Need to change it

Joe Machens Nissan is a dishonest and skummy dealership. I bought my car from them less than 3 weeks ago (at a highly marked up price with a ton of fees). The vehicle started having issues (within 30 days of purchasing) and they refused to help or pay for anything. The battery and power steering went but apparently none of that was their problem. Terrible after sale experience, would never shop or buy there again. Stay away!
The workers were all very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

They're not interested in taking care of the customer. Just interested in making the sale, and making the most money as possible. I made the mistake of not leaving when the negotiation turned into a beat down by the salesperson. Don't make the same mistake I made...just get up and leave. I'll never buy another vehicle from them.

I am always satisfied with the job performed at Joe Machens Nissan. This was the first time that I asked for the shuttle and the service was also spectacular.
My salesman did an excellent job. He worked with my schedule and even brought the car to my job to show me. Everything was fast an easy.
The dealership handled a recall service for me. Car was scheduled and dropped off earlier than appointment time. I was soon notified the recall work was completed and my car was ready to be picked up.

I went in for a recall, and a shuttle was available to drop me (and my kids) off and pick us up again. They noticed I was almost due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it done at the same time to make it easier, but I didn't feel pressured at all. Great work!

The service supervisor, Andrew, is very personable, describing himself as an "open book." It was time for my 100k tune up maintenence on my 2016 Nissan Maxima. . Also got brakes and rotors replaced on front and rear. Took my 89 Chevy truck in for inspection and was pleased to see a familiar face, Ty, as the mechanic. Have known him for many years and know how reliable he is. Also, I appreciate the shuttle service from DJ. He's so friendly and easy to talk to. This is my go-to place for all my auto needs.
My family has purchasedcars from several of the Machens lots in town witha few issues but this was the worst experience ever. We will not come back to any of the lots again. The buying experience last from August 1st 23 till November of 23. My sister had 1 car picked out, spoke to the salesman via text, drove about 1.5 hours when she arrived a different car was shown her because they couldn't get her financed in the one she wanted. I did a lot of research for what I wanted to buy, so the car salesman had it extremely easy. I knew everything about the car, even the Carfax thanks to Cars.com. Financing took a very long time, even though I didn't have a trade in and was paying a pretty large down payment. It didn't seem very long though. The Finance manager was a hoot! Between the salesman Christian and the Finance manager Michael, we felt like we'd known them for ages.

This 5 star rating is for the service department! Not the sales department, I have not had good experiences with them and won't ever buy a car there again, BUT the service department is the best! They are always friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and try to actually SAVE you money rather than take it unnecessarily!
