I was told warranty and explanation of vehicle features would be gone over with me and they weren’t. I was handed a closed envelope with the paperwork and sent on my way. Reviewing the paper I saw what they had me quickly sign on the iPad. No NICE! Requesting to cancel roadsidevantage and GAP

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences
This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. We first dealt with Emma over the phone to set up an appointment with Anthony our salesman. She answered all our questions before we made the three hour drive just to look at the car. She was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Anthony was very prompt in letting us view the car and even went to one of their other locations to pick up a second car for us to view. He went over all the features of the cars with us before we took it out for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. After we decided to purchase the car he quickly got the paperwork ready for us and to our surprise he took the car and filled it up with gas and washed and detailed the car while we waited to see the finance guy, Brandon. Brandon was very thorough and quick and had us out the door and on our way home in no time. We would definitely recommend going to Joe Machens Nissan to purchase a vehicle from these friendly and professional staff.

I went to check out a 2026 Frontier Pro-4X and had Kaleb
I went to check out a 2026 Frontier Pro-4X and had Kaleb as my salesman. Earlier, I’d gone to the Joe Machens Nissan website, punched in my credit score and 60 month loan which showed 0% APR. With Kaleb, I was surprised to find that didn’t seem to be an option. I tried to show him the banner on Joe Machens Nissan website that showed the same thing and still, no luck. Kaleb also seemed to think the Nissan Military Discount was only for retirees and not for active duty. Overall, Kaleb was nice and friendly but didn’t seem to know Joe Machens Nissan own pricing.

Kamari our salesman was wonderful! We told him exactly what we needed and he went above and beyond! The service department has been deplorable. They are slow to assist and incompetent when they do. They don’t address issues we ask for and damage the car.
